My ground floor rental is directly on the beach on the Gulf of Mexico, with incredible views and sunsets!
The lanai has a back door directly out to the Beach. The front of my unit faces the Lagoon where we have a FREE DOCK for your boat or other water craft. (So you have water views in both directions)! Your assigned parking is right in front of my place.
My interior is fully tiled, bright and clean with leather furniture and a sleeper sofa. The Kitchen is newer with Granite Counter-tops! There is a new 47′ LED TV in the living room, and both bedrooms also have TV’s.
We are on the beach and directly next to Turtle Beach, on the south quiet end of Siesta Key, away from the crowds and noise! I live right here on the Key and will make sure you have everything you need for a great Vacation!

Heaven on Earth!
We stayed here to celebrate ten years together and it completely exceeded our expectations! The proximity to the beach (which is basically private) is unmatched and Carrie was so sweet and easy to work with. We loved it so much were going back in a month!

Barefoot living
The place was great, loved the layout. It is far from the action but we enjoyed the quiet beach. The biggest complaint I had was the sheets on the king bed, they were really pilled. Felt like sleeping on sand. On day 2 I found a white fitted sheet in the closet master bedroom closet and remade the bed. Also, the beach chairs need to be replaced. Thankfully we brought our own as we have stayed in beach rentals before and are seasoned travelers/renters. In addition what is there, needs to be gone through and cleaned up or thrown out. I’m not trying too be so critical to scare anyone away, as I would stay here again, just wanted to offer constructive criticism. I would give it 4 stars out of 5 and the owner was very helpful and easy to work with.

My Home away from home
The condo is very clean and has everything you need for your vacation. The view is spectacular and the sunsets are magnificent, people will come from all over just to see them. This is why I call it my home away from home because the owner makes you feel like your family. My favorite part is being on the ground floor and having direct access to the beach.

Our 2nd home
My wife and I first vacationed here on our 25th anniversary. We have gone back twice a year ever since and this year was our 39th anniversary. Carrie is the best! The location cannot be beat anywhere on the Key. You walk out to the beach or pool. You can dock a boat or rent a kayak on the Bay side. There’s a trolley that takes you everywhere you need to go. Fishing is excellent. Several restaurants in walking distance. If you love the beach life, you will love this place!
